The 5th Food and Biochemical Engineering Forum (FBEF 2018) will be held in Hong Kong during 29-30 December 2018.
All FBEF 2018 papers will be published in Journal of Food Engineering and Technology (JFET, ISSN: 2051-7734, jfet.xpublication.com) or Advances in Sciences and Engineering (ASE, ISSN: 2046-0392,ase.xpublication.com).
1.The list of topics includes (but is not limited to) :

— Food and health
* Papers in the topics above will be published in Journal of Food Engineering and Technology. Other papers will be published in Advances in Sciences and Engineering.

— Biochemical Reaction
— Enzyme and enzyme preparations
— Biologics and biopharmaceuticals
2. Paper submission
Manuscripts should be written in English. All papers should be more than 6 pages in length. Whenever applicable, submissions must include the following elements: title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, introduction, main text, conclusions and references.
Author should format their paper according to template. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.
